The Pan-Fried Potato Cheese Pierogies with Mushroom Cream Sauce are an absolute benchmark for greatness, the potato filling is wonderfully pillowy with the perfect ratio of cheese tucked inside to add a bit of richness. The mushroom spinach sauce topping these delightful pillows of amazingness is the perfect addition. Today we tried the offered specials of the Cutlets and the Beef Dumplings with mushroom cream sauce ,toped with cheese and baked to perfection. Both of which absolutely delivered in terms of greatness, flavor balance, and a warm homey feeling that you would come to expect from a European village table. Rustic, yet supremely refined. If I had to give any note, it would be to add some of the sauce to the linguine under the cutlets in addition to what is ladled on the beef itself. 10/10, will DEFINITELY eat here again.
