Both the Garlic Noodle Paradise with shrimp and Banh Mi Grilled Pork were great! I will definitely make this spot a regular. Even more impressive, they were actually thoughtful enough to devein all the shrimp in my order! I have been to more expensive and fancier eateries that neglect something this basic. Eve's is a winner.

I ordered the Vietnamese Garden. My honest review is that it was overpriced at $18.95; a small portion for bun; beef and noodles were VERY dry; and did not come with nuoc cham (dipping sauce). How does bun not come with nuoc cham?
