Food has a definite Nepali taste to eveything. The spices used are not really North Indian..they are authentic Nepali. The pan fried momo was a little disappointing..it was too dry..as if barbecued..not fried in a pan. But still good food overall. Jhol momo is too complex for me to decipher..it has a lot going on and packs a serious punch in terms of spices..theres probably mustard, sesame etc in it which you normally don't expect in a momo. But then again it's Nepali so it is what it should be.
