Yaroa Pollo. The yaroa was disappointingly dry and lacked the rich, savory flavor that makes this dish memorable. The cheese tasted far from fresh and didn’t seem like the proper type traditionally used for a well-made yaroa, leaving the overall dish unbalanced and underwhelming. The fries were also slightly overcooked, giving them a bitter, burnt aftertaste that overpowered the rest of the dish. With fresher ingredients, better seasoning, and more attention to preparation, this could have been a much more enjoyable experience.

Deberían permitir que las personas escojan las carnes que envían. A nosotros nos enviaron pata y asadura para alimentar no 5, 20 personas y si acaso dos pedazos de pollo y queso
