I ordered this thinking it is like the other Genuine Broaster Chicken restaurants.
Instead, I received very soggy short cuts of chips (usually chips is extremely nice and crunchy).
The chicken was the most pathetic chicken I've had by miles. I'm not sure where they get their chicken from, but the pieces have shrunken in size gradually over time. Their drumstick is tinier than a half wing. They used to put one drumstick, one wing, one breast etc... in Dinner Boxes, now it's just a pair of ting drumsticks and a pair of the thigh part attached to the drumstick. Basically the smallest pieces of chicken they can offer. I would have preferred them increasing the prices and keeping the size/quality as before, not vice versa.
I'm surprised they still are busy. I guess people have no standards when it comes to eating nowadays. Or they just don't notice everything shrinking and quality degrading.

Never had a more satisfyin feed in the local area than at this place. Food always arrives hot and fresh and they are extrnely generous with portions. It's become a weekly staple and a must try for anyone who hasn't given it a go yet! 10/10 would recommend

We order the order almost an hour ago so that I don’t have to wait in the line, but they didn’t even start to make the order until we got there. The chicken was burned . The chips were hard not crispy and no chicken salt

Everything was packed inside a plastic bag, tied so it made everything sweaty/moist and disgusting. No flavour with the chips, chicken wasn't seasoned at all.
