• 1/29/26I shouldnt say anything lol but this place is mint. Best steak and cheese and chicken noodle , chock full of deliciousness! Love goes into their foods. They take pride and it sure does show up and taste good! Thank you!!

• 12/16/25Their Pasta Fagioli Soup is superb. Reminiscent of my great grandmother's! The Buffalo Calzone is a great size, dough fantastic! This restaurant is making our weekly rotation. Superb

• 2/8/26First time trying F&L Pizza and it wasn't great! The pizza had a nice undercarriage cooked to perfection and the cheese was ok, but it was just basic. It reminded me of the $1 slices in NYC that I grew up having, good but basic at best. Now the Garlic Bread with Cheese was an abomination! No flavor at all, no garlic at all, and just an awful experience. Just baked Italian bread with mozzarella. One of the pieces had half the cheese gone! I think my 11-year-old nephew could make a better Garlic Bread to be honest. F&L has potential if it makes a couple of changes to spice up the pizza and COMPLETELY change the Garlic Bread!

• 6/2/26This is the best spinich white pizza I've had on the Cape!! The steak and cheese wrap was also delicious. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

• 3/13/26I got the Garlic Bread with and Cheese and there was no garlic on them and then cheese was barely melted. The Chicken and Vodka Sauce (12" Small) was sub par at best. I definitely wouldn't order again but would recommend to someone you didn't like.
