The cuban was spot on authentic Miami style. The cuban bread was not the fake stuff...the real deal. Will definately order again

I have the Cuban sandw and curly fries.. paid 18 for NOTHING.. the sandw was burnt black with no meat and the fries were hard as a brick thanks for nothing while I work a 12hourshift

ordered the Patties Melting and Chicken Bacon  BBQ Ranch Melt. Patties Melting was without sauce and dry as a bone, neither sandwich was on sourdough or pressed. fries were not fresh and somehow completely undercooked. food was hot but pretty bland. beignets Beignets (Or Doughnut Holes!) were the only great part of the order, and will probably be the only thing I order in the future. can't understand why sandwiches were described with sauces and on specific breads when it seems like everything is thrown on an untoasted ciabatta roll that becomes soggy almost immediately from steam.

The ciabatta bread was SO hard that I hurt myself biting it, just to find out that the Patties Melting was burnt! Disgusting! They gave me the wrong soda too

This is my first time ordering from this store and will be my last. Not sure if this a place that is authentic for cuban food not. Either way the  fries were good, but the Cuban (Miami Style) was not how they potray in the picture. I will let the pic show proof. Its not pressed at all, and is very dry. It says it comes with Mayo and mustard doesnt taste like any was put on to begin with. Would've called instead of making a post but they were already closed. Its not nasty as far as taste exc it being super dry but the presentation and dressing was TERRIBLE.
