The muffuletta hero is the best authentic Italian sub ive had in NYC. Better than alidoro and pissillo. Expensive - but worth it, sandwich is MASSIVE and they dont skimp on any ingredients. Truly a work of art <3

The Italian was soggy & so enormous it's impossible to eat. Not flavorful at all.
Chicken Pesto Hero was much better and more manageable size.

Unfortunately this was not worth the price point for me. The chicken is incredibly dry and hard to chew, it tastes as as though it's been overcooked and then reheated, no freshness at all. The portion size was okay but I would not order again.

Meatballs were gray and flavorless. Sauce is barely present. Bread was good and mozzarella is great, but not worth $25. Disappointing
