Not sure what it was but it was very nasty. Very bitter and burnt tasting. I eat soup everyday so I know how it should taste. This was no effort. No real authentic african food. For 23 dollars it's not worth it.

Food is disgusted . No salt at all . The bowels it was put in was no sustainable at all. Oil was more in the bag then my food WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN SO MAD I WASTED MY MONEY ON THIS NASTY FOOD PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & get real African food bc this is not it .
