Flame in Tracy is a hidden gem, and Sam is the reason. The gyro wrap is incredible — the flavor is out of this world. Sam always goes above and beyond: he loads up the sauce, every once and a while throws in a free baklava, and makes sure everything’s exactly how I like it. The burger was amazing too. What really sets this place apart is Sam himself. Every time I call in an order, he answers with “Hi Ryan” before I even say who I am. He remembers me, he takes care of us, and it shows in every single order. If you’re in Tracy, do yourself a favor and try the gyros — you won’t be disappointed. Five stars, easy.

I had an amazing experience at Falafel Flame! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside — just how it should be. Their shawarma and burgers were also full of authentic Mediterranean flavor.
The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great family-friendly atmosphere. Prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes — definitely worth it!
If you love Middle Eastern or Mediterranean food, Falafel Flame is a must-try. Highly recommend it for lunch, dinner, or even a quick takeout! 🌯🔥

I liked the falafel platter, I just wish it didn't go up in price by $10. Everything on the menu here went up a lot. Also, I noticed a lot of oil on the hummus was a bit over bearing and made things a bit soggy.

The baba ganoush smelled and tasted sour, and it had tiny bubbles, almost as if it had started to ferment. It didn’t taste fresh and seemed spoiled, so we couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing experience.
