I have never had a problem till now. ordered a western omelet. Had it many times. Delicious. I also ordered a SIDE each of bacon and sausage. So 4 bacon and 2 sausage patties were crammed in omelet. The person who made it obviously never ate bacon in an omelet because I pulled out 4 strips of soggy bacon. Yes I said strips. The entire free world of omelet enthusiasts expect it crumbled to my knowledge. I rated it 2 Instead of 1 only because the rest of order was correct. Disappointing.
