Bought a ribs-and-meat meal for forty US dollars and received a single shallow sauce cup of bbq sauce to go with it, which I would hope was a (admittedly good) intentional joke at my expense. Meat was good though.

The lunch 2 MEAT COMBO is a good value. I got brisket, which was perfect and no visible fat on it and delicious, and barbecue chicken, which was moist and flavorful..Baked potato only available after 4, this first order I got salad which was ok. I would order this plate again but try a different side cause there are a number to chose from.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my first order from Famous Dave's. The St Louis cut ribs were excellent. Only nine cleaned bones were left. The Wilbur beans and corn bread muffins were very tasty. However, my second mirrored order was not consistent with the first. The five St Louis bones were mostly fat and gristle, which lessened the appeal of the sides including chili, which left much lacking. I'm a little reluctant to order from this franchise again.

Perfect amount for two, mac a cheese is super spicy, sweet moist cornbread, beans have a great tangyness to them best bbq you can order. Leftovers are pictured

Everything Arrived cold. Besides that I'm from Texas and our Brisket is just very different the marbling on our brisket is more pronounced and the bark of the meat has a stronger mesquite smoke flavor. The portion size was small for nearly 30 dollars.
