after several disappointing doordash orders, I'm so happy to have found Fan Tang! The fried rice was amazing and I absolutely devoured it, you can see the effort and skill put into it. It was moist, flavorful, and the ingredients were very fresh. The beef was oh so tender and thoughtfully cut into small, bite sized pieces. Honestly it's nothing compared to other places, they even use better quality eggs! the pork and shrimp wantons were lightly over salty but still enjoyable, the shrimp was very tasty so overall 10/10 stars, thank you so much!

The mei can Mei Cai Pork Belly Bowl was really tender and flavorful, good portion too, I do wish that instead of a small handful of spring mix for veggies, maybe smt like blanched Chinese broccoli. The Pickled Chinese Long Beans with Minced Pork (Spicy)(No Rice Included) was not bad, but I felt Ike they weren't pickled enough/ not sour enough. Overall pretty decent.

Hunan Sizzling Pork Bowl 农家小炒肉盖码饭 - good portion, good general flavor. it was decently spicy, but it did have excess pepper seeds which in itself diminished the experience, haha. 7.75/10

This dish unfortunately did not have any flavor at all. There was ginger in the Ginger Chicken Noodle but it was all brown and old-looking. The portion was generous, but that doesn't matter if it tastes bad. :(

Food is so tasty and portions are generous! Fan Tang chili Sauce Beef and Pork are both delicious! Garlic green beens are fresh and flavorful.
