The first thing I would like to say is THANK YOU to Faris for being open late.
I tend to keep late hours (with my job) and your food is a very welcomed break from any fast food restaurants that might be open past 10 pm.
Secondly: I've ordered from Faris too many times to count and all I can tell you is the food is always hot, fresh and delicious once it arrives.
Third: I'm addicted to their Chicken Shawarma (plate or sandy) and Hummus.
For dessert I've ordered the cheesecake before but tonight was a first for me because I tried the Chocolate Cake.
It's not your run of the mill chocolate cake, it's really very good. It has like a chocolate and white chocolate mousse-like layer...I don't know how to describe it...i inhaled it. I included a pic for you.
Anyway, I'm a very happy customer...I think you will be too.

Let me tell you, this food is amazing! I've got the chicken Shawarma plate and the hummus is so creamy, the salad is so fresh and crisp and flavorful. The chicken is so moist over the bed of perfectly cookedrice underneath. Absolute perfection. I have had Mediterranean in the Middle East and this is by far the best I've ever had. Plus they were able to adhere to my requests, restaurants rarely get this right these days. Please keep doing what you do. Don't change anything.

The Grape Leaves were seasoned well and had a great depth of flavor. I enjoyed the presentation with the lemon slices and bed of greens. I will get it again. I did not like the sauce that accompanied them, it took away from the overall flavor of the grape leaves.

The food here is delicious and the service is delightful! Fun and relaxing atmosphere. Diverse crowd. Prices are reasonable. An all around favorite Katy spot. If you go there, be sure to meet Faris the owner, he's a gem!

the BeefBeef Shawarma plate and Chicken Shawarma plate were dry and a litthe bland. the hummus and salad were great and fresh. samosa chicken were vedry small and also bland
