Would like to start with, reynella fasta pasta is amazing and normally deliver, but this is the second time I've ordered my pasta without the extra cream sauce that I've paid $3 extra for. I've picked up this dish quite a few other times, and delivered several other, always the same order, and it's always come in a larger tub because all of the extra sauce. However, as I say, this restaurant is usually above par, so I would order again despite this experience, and can recommend for the vast flavours

The food and service are ok, it's just the pricing I'm just so appalled with. Nearly $60 to buy one entree serve of bolognese(over $60 with extra sauce) and one main of PENNE MONTE CARLO, I remember only a few years ago it was about $40 for both WITH a serve of garlic bread. I just cannot believe how bad things have gotten. No offence meant to the staff or owner, I just cannot justify $60 for two serves of pasta that, quite frankly, are not in the same league as more upmarket restaurants. I can spend $28-$35 at most higher tier Italian restaurants in the city and get an entree, a main and a soft drink. $60 for fast food pasta, is just gross. Like I said, I love the people who work here, absolutely amazing and kind people. I'm just so sick of these ridiculous prices, it shouldn't cost me vastly more for, let's face it, the fast food version of takeaway pasta than it would for a sit down meal. Without my premium DoorDash membership, factoring in delivery and service fees etc it was going to cost over $70! For two serves of pasta -.- how is that not a sign of the times?? There are restaurants on here that are not trying to take advantage or alienate customers. I'm just done with being ripped off for food that isn't even fancy restaurant quality, and that's the issue with this, upmarket prices, fast food quality food. And I always have to order extra sauce when selecting bolognese pasta, because without it, it's extremely dry and bland. I wish that more thought was put into the quality of a dish that costing me like $25.
