The cookies arrived with each in an individually sealed package (handy if you want to freeze and eat later) .The cookies were somehow both crumbly/dry and reminiscent of uncooked cookie dough despite warming them as instructed on the package. There was a granularity to the cookies, like the sugar wasn't effectively incorporated into the dough. At a $6 pricepoint each, I will unfortunately pass in the future.
