I just ordered the loaded fries and was really disappointed with what I received. The cheese was cold and not even melted, which made the whole dish taste off. On top of that, there was barely any meat—just a few tiny bits thrown on—and the portion size was way smaller than expected, especially for the price.
I was looking forward to a hearty, satisfying meal, but this honestly felt thrown together with no care. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and improve the quality going forward.

Loaded Waffle Fries were delicious but the portion was less than usual. The Cinnamon Churro Chips are absolutely delicious. Great amount and perfect crunch.

Burrito was all rice again. Sauces were only on the one end, so your 1st or last bite is all sauce, with nothing throughout. Ordered and paid for extra cheese, def did not have that. I ordered the bean burrito and there was hardly any beans.
Quesadilla was ok.
