The Tonkatsu Shio was some of the best ramen ive had in the Portland area. Pork was fatty with a light cure, egg was cooked just enough that it held its shape, and broth was salty, unctuos and flavorful whith good hold in the noodles so that each slurp was tasty start to finish. No complaints whatsoever.

4 stars because the pork was extremely tender and good but breaking up my egg was diabolical. Literally EVERYWHERE ELSE cuts them in half and lays them on top - I only get them to give my roommate (and I paid for an extra one that I did not receive) so I did not appreciate disgusting egg goop in my otherwise very delicious broth.
Also I have never seen containers like these and they are very much not accessible. I would not have been able to get into it if my roommate wasn't home. Not removing a star for it, just letting other disabled people know.

This was really good!! I got Tonkotsu Shio and the Cucumber Avocado Salad. The ramen is really good but i feel like the broth is missing just a bit of deepness. maybe just needs a little salt? idk but super good i'll be back for sure

The shitakke mushrooms tasted weird, bamboo shoots undercooked, noodles taste old and not cooked well, egg was slimy. Overall disappointed

The portion was fine and the pork was great, but something about the broth just didn't taste right, like it was very salty but something else too, almost like a gochujang flavor but not in a good way.
