The food was good, but my order was packaged incorrectly. I requested bacon on my burger and did not receive it. I also ordered a plain, dry burger, yet it was served with lettuce and mustard. Additionally, I ordered wings but did not receive the ranch that typically accompanies them. Considering the price, it would have been appreciated if the order had been prepared correctly.

I waited forever to try this place. All the ingredients were amazing and the beef patties were absolutely incredible. It's a bit pricey unfortunately so that is one knock against them.

Not sure what was happening at the store, but prep time was ridiculous. Hamburgers were ok. Fries were hard as rocks (been left under a warmer light too long)

Not the blandest burger I've ever eaten, but you better hope they don't go out of business. Had to put the fries in the air fryer for a few so they could finish cooking.
