Very disappointed in the quality of the chicken tenders. They used to be great, but my last few orders have been getting progressively worse. Some very small pieces in the box that were very overcooked. Also ordered the mini donuts and they were awful. Almost inedible. Greasy, very overfried and super hard and dry. Not sugared either. Will not order again.

it was good but the chicken fingers were half the size they used to be. $17 for chicken fingers that were the size of 3.i won't order from here again.

Pros: Burger was tasty and hot. Could have used some pickles- added some at home
Didn’t see anywhere online that I could add pickles . Which I think is an important addition to a burger.
Cons: Fries were luke waem not crispy at all. Had to throw into the air fryer
Over all fairly bland, added seasoning salt.

I ordered the new smash burger and it wasn't very good. Worse than A and W. Fat burger used to be a go to for me. Right up there with 5 guys. It came hot and fresh. There was value. Portions are smaller, quality it down and prices are up. Goodbye fat burger. RIP.
