Great BBQ Bacon Chicken and nice to have so many options to customize. Also helpful the poutine gravy is served on the side so fries don't arrive soggy while in transport.

second time ordering this, this time got maybe half the amount of chicken due to the pieces being tiny. not worth $15 by a long shot

This was the worst burger I've ever had. Fatburger was recommended to me by a friend, but it was squashed, overcooked and had nothing on it except the patty and the cheese. It might be better in the restaurant but on takeout it was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. It was certainly not worth $27!

donuts were over-cooked and fries were stone cold. Gravy on fries are not in a seperate container.

The Red Hot Chicken sandwich used to be my go to, but now it lacks the amount of kick it used to have. It seems like they're cutting back how much value they're willing to give us and making their food a little more bland.
