Order was messed up, didn't received the rib plate, 2 pulled pork sandwiches, smoked wings macaroni and cheese. I went through a lot to get the reorder. I have not got a refund had to tip another dasher to receive the reorder. When I got the rib plate they was not center cut like I asked and the outside was hard and crusty and with a lot of fat pieces, the wings wasn't season well, macaroni and cheese taste funny, cole slaw was dry. It was a bad experience for me yesterday compared to the day before with the same food ordered and everything was great. I don't know what happened was it a change of employees or what? It seemed as if someone just didn't care about pleasing the customer.
