It really disappoints me that I pay an extra 10 plus dollars for LOADED fettuccine Alfredo and its not loaded whatsoever. They give you maybe four or five mushroom slices. a few chunks of chicken And maybe three to four full florets of broccoli.. I moved things around so you can see what I am talking about. fazoli's do better!!

The last two times I ordered from Fazoli's they gave me large dipping sauces that were only half full. This time I ordered the donuts with the chocolate sauce and the chocolate sauce was only a quarter full in the container. If I pay for a certain amount of ounces I expect to get that amount. Since it has happened twice in a row now I'm assuming the management is trying to skimp on portion sizes to save money. I'm guessing the employees are told to do that.

While the food was good and I'm always a fan of the Oven-Baked Classic Sampler, picking up my order was terrible. The service staff completely ignored me for 15+ minutes when I got there. I'm annoyed about that but the actual food is good!

Didn't receive correct items as ordered on door dash. Asked for Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo which I received but then instead of the chicken Alfredo I received some baked ziti with chicken. Super disappointing when I really wanted the Fettuccine Alfredo for dinner tonight. Food tasted good just wasn't what I wanted.
