Everything was amazing!! Fettuccine and spaghetti was a hit with entire family. Bread sticks were so soft and so yummy. Even though I ordered thru Doordash I was able to call Fazoli's and the woman who answered the phone was able to help me before my order left. She was very kind and was pleasant and did not seem put out by helping me. I did not get her name but thank you very much and Fazoli's has a great employee!!

Noodles and Alfredo sauce were great but I got maybe 2 pieces of chicken and they were almost unnoticeable how small they were

Charged me for chicken and didnt even put it in my Alfredo. Ordered extra Alfredo sauce for my bread sticks and the container wasnt even filled. Bread sticks were hard. Wasted $20
