Salmon on the mushroom & asparagus risotto was super dry & overdone by the time it got to me, it continued cooking on top of the hot risotto during transport. Ive eaten this dish in the restaurant & its always fabulous. Might be smart for the restaurant to package the salmon in a separate container for this dish on doordash.

The Superfood Salad was delish not enough beets tho. The Beef Shish Kebab was terrible, tiny portion for the price, I'm 5'1 108lbs and I had to make more food to eat which is truly saying a lot. So for $25 it was wayyyy over priced for what you get plus the beef was sooo chewy, not good quality. I make better myself. I've had many friends say it was over priced with small portions but tried to give it a chance and they were right. Disappointing!

Everything was amazing, as always! The staff is always friendly. My wife and I have Ferah about 1-2 times a week. Ferah Tex-Med is a hidden Gem. I work in Firewheel Center and when customers asks about a great place to eat I always say Ferah. So if you are looking for great food, a great atmosphere, and friendly staff, checkout Ferah Tex-Med @ Firewheel Center.

The wild mushroom & asparagus risotto I added shrimp as my protein, jumbo lump crab cake deconstructed, crispy Brussels sprouts, truffle fries and falafel tower was all amazing and so super fresh I will definitely order it again soon as well as try other items. It all reheats well since there was so much for a second round shared between 3 adults.

The food arrived to us hot and fresh. Flavor is so good. portion size is good. I've ordered from and I've dined in here multiple times and will continue to do so. I tell friends about it all the time.
