• 8/11/23I ordered the Donut Deal - Any 6 Donuts, and because the other 3 donuts weren't available the lovely staff, replaced them with 3 lovely cupcakes, overall everything was very fresh, and scrumptious.

• 10/15/25Substituted what I ordered without any contact or consultation with me. The substituted item was an egg and bacon roll with the egg yolk cooked powdery dry. Even if I had ordered this I wouldn't have liked it. If I wanted that item I'd have ordered from a cafe where the egg would have been freshly cooked to order. But I wanted a pastry so I ordered from a bakery. Most places check before making a substitution or give you the option to cancel the order. The other items were ok but I won't bother again.

• 1/7/26The new Steak & Three Cheese Pie was yuck. So it's smaller, but mostly, the new cheese blend flavour is just awful.
The meat didn't actually impress even though it's supposed to be high quality as it is chunky, not mince...is that why we are supposed to be happy to pay more?
Really, the shaker parmasen or whatever it was cheese taste didn't leave my pallet and was not pleasant. I want parmasen on my spaghetti not in my cheese pie.
Bring back the old beef and cheese pie.
If it's not broke don't fix it.
that's what we want.
