I ordered two dozen roses and filler to send to a friend for her birthday. I called the company before to ask if they could put them all together in one bouquet with nice paper around it and they said yes when my friend received the flowers each of the flowers were individually wrapped with plastic around them like they were bought from a store as well as the filler had plastic around it tied with a rubber band wrapped in paper. For that, I could've went to the grocery store. Was highly disappointed.

My mom did not receive what was represented in the photo and what I ordered for her 80th birthday.
I was very disappointed. This item contained no babies breath which is what brightens the whole bouquet and makes the red pop. The attempt at communication went unacknowledged. it's too bad I really wanted to make this my go-to florist. It was a dark, lifeless bouquet, sad.
