They usually fill the drinks a little too close to the top of the styrofoam cup. So when the lid goes on, the drink overflows a little and the sides of the cup get wet and sticky. This last order, there was so much overflow that the straws were wet and the paper wrapper had soaked up the overflowed drink. So the paper wrapper had to be rubbed off the straw. Not a great presentation or experience.

They didnt fill my drink the whole way. If I order 44 oz, I expect 44oz, not 8oz less!
