The Asiago cream cheese looked and tasted watered down from what it usually is today. Bagels were substituted from everything bagels to a plain bagel and a regular whole wheat bagel without checking first and the bagels were only toasted every so slightly, leaving especially the plain bagel feeling like it hadn't been toasted at all.

Never received my order. Was told by the store that their system was down and the order was back at the store and they couldn't get it to me. Called three times to get a refund and they hung up on me the third time. Paid for an order that I never received.

My turkey bacon looked like it was not cooked had to take it out. Idk why ppl feel like you dont have to cook turkey bacon just heat it up. The iced coffee taste better.
