• 7/31/24Great portion size and value. The SIDE NOODLE and SIDE STIR FRIED VEGETABLES made an excellent meatless hibachi meal. The THAI NOODLE SOUP had a nice tasting broth and generous portion of meat. Everything was exactly at the spice level requested and tasted great.

• 7/16/26FIRE! As a Thai Basil snob, I have had dishes from the best Thai restaurants from across the country, and this food is legit. The ingredients are high quality and the heat packs a flavorful punch. My husband and boys love the fried rice. Would order from Fire Thai Fusion every time my family is on vacation in Fort Walton!

• 5/13/26CRISPY PORK W/CHINESE BROCCOLI was phenomenal as always. so flavorful& lasts me 2-3 meals. PAD THAI is a favorite for my husband & kiddos. huge porlions, amazing flavor. SIDE STIR FRIED VEGETABLES are my favorite add on bc I love hibachi style veg. They taste so delicious & are always seasoned to perfection.

• 2/23/25I have to admit I am kind of a Thai food snob. This might be the best Thai food in this area! the RED CURRY is so SO good! I wish they had an option of not having onions in the fresh rolls. The PAD THAI was really delicious. the EGG DROP SOUP was the best I have EVER had. I am blown away and will be ordering from here every time.

• 1/11/25The quality of the food definitely makes up for the price. The chicken and tofu PAD THAI were delicious, and all the crepe cakes we got were sweet but very delicate and tasted amazing. Even the fried rice was better than others I've had!
