• 12/14/24The Kitchen Sink was overflowing with crispy bacon and avocados, which I loved! The plain bagel was good (they must have been out of the everything bagel because this was my backup). I especially appreciate that the bagels are made in-house.
My latte was supposed to be pumpkin spice but it does not taste as if any flavorings were added. But it is a good, albeit plain, latte nonetheless.
Now for the not so good part: I appreciate that you have an opportunity to remove items (like chorizo ,green onions, whatever). I would have liked to have removed the jalapenos from the order. (but to be clear, it only took me 30 seconds to disassemble the bagel, and remove the hardy serving of jalapenos). I don't like the taste at all, so I could totally notice the residual flavor that got into the cream cheese. (also, I could have missed"remove jalapenos"from the customization options).
overall - I will definitely put this on my favorite places to eat!

• 2/12/26I have been coming to firefly for bagels for many years and they're always top notch so I decided to try the scramble and was so disappointed. The bacon in it was super chewy and no well cooked. (I've always had crispy well cooked bacon whenever I get it on bagels) The potatoes were super small and had no crisp and I splurged on adding avo only to have it mixed into the hot scramble. Avocado was discolored and brown which made it hard to tell if it was a bad avocado or if it was from being mixed into the hot scramble

• 6/14/24We had several breakfast sandwiches from FireFly and let me tell you each one was a work of art. I was in the shop when the food was being prepared and the chef was very meticulous in making each sandwich. It's was almost like he was making each one of them for himself. Work of art. And they were beyond delicious. I didn't even want to finish mine, it was sooo good. When I'm back in the area, FireFly will be the first place I go for breakfast.
