Last night I splurged on a $25 sandwich from Firefly. Okay, I never thought a sandwich could be called sexy—but this Prime Rib Dip was very, very, very good.
I thought I'd save half for today, but there I was scrambling to the fridge to eat the 2nd half within minutes.
Because of its price, I’d avoided ordering it, but now? Worth it. The bread was crunchy perfection, the warm cheese (yummm, what can I say?) and loaded with tender, juicy prime rib—I'll be ordering it again.

The burger and fries were great. I’ve always enjoyed Firefly’s New York cheesecake, but this time the slice was smaller, which makes sense with food prices these days, but the flavor seemed different, sweeter and a bit off. Maybe it was just me. I’ll try something new next time.

The Pita & Hummus is spectacular in the restaurant but it is JUST as wonderful with delivery. The portion size is surprisingly decent because they give you a whole box full of the pita and put in enough hummus (though I can ALWAYS use more hummus). It tastes great the next day too. I will be ordering this again. Well worth the price.

For the price, I did NOT get what I expected. The salmon was a little over cooked which I could excuse since it's takeout. The vegetables though were so plain, literally nothing about my dish said $32 to me. I was also super disappointed in the cheesecake, it was nothing special, and by the photos from the restaurant I really expected better - not that I would be putting the topping on myself!!

there were only 2 skewers and they were chewy, the sweet potato fries didn't come with the dip that was listed, not worth the price. the ragoons were very hard on the outside and didn't have much flavor. Disappointing for the price!
