my wife and i both ordered the Italian and both of them were almost inedible. there was barely any meat on hers, the bread was hard like it was stale and mine had so much mayonnaise on it that it was hard to eat. i will not be ordering from firehouse again

There was barely amy meat on my Smoked Turkey Breast and the Firehouse Chili tastes like it camefrom a can and was watered down afterwards.

I ordered the tuna sub but everything came separated, they just put the bread and the tuna in a small cup. the cheese, mayo, pickle wasn't included, that was very weird since I always order the tuna sub and it comes prepared, everything included, must be a joke, please beware of this store.

Sandwiches were OK but service is bad. It was a pick up order and I gave them my name when I arrived. She said it wasn't ready yet so I sat down nearby. after about 15 minutes, They still hadn't called me, but I noticed that there were some orders ready behind the register. sure enough one of them was mine. If I hadn't gone up to asked again, I would've sat there for a long time.
