I ordered a Club on a sub about a week ago and I didn't receive my pickle. I ordered again after I gave a good review but did mention that I didn't receive my pickle. So I ordered a few days ago and they sent me a note saying they were sorry for not getting my pickle and sent a box of pickles and a free cookie! That made me smile so big that they remembered what I said and made it better ! Firehouse subs Rocks for making me feel important! Thank you so much for that! 🥰

The bread is so soft and the subs are fantastic. I also got the loaded potato soup and it's great. my new favorite sub place! thank you!

Be careful ordering the condiments. Mine was smothered so much in spicy mayo I literally had to have a pair of gloves to eat it. It took over the taste of everything else. I had to give the other half of it away as I couldn't eat it. I usually love this place. This was my first bad experience had with them.

Firehouse is always good, but I really wish they sealed their bags like other restaurants in door dash. It comes just wide open.
