Online order ended up being way worse than in person. The Firehouse Meatball® was tasty but I paid extra money for adding pepperoni only to have two thin slices thrown on top. Waste of money. The extra meatballs were a good amount though. The Garlic Bread was trash. It wasn't crispy and didn't even taste like garlic bread. Don't get it. Overall, it fed me but wasn't tasty. Luckily it was buy one get one otherwise I'd rate it less stars.

The Hook & Ladder.®was fresh,delicious, and good size for the money. It came exactly how I ordered it. Definitely one of the better places in town for subs.

I don't normally do Meatball subs but I'm glad I did this time because it was fantastic and I also had a bowl of the chilli and I would like to say it was without a doubt the best restaurant chilli I have EVER tasted and I will definitely order it again. Everything was fresh and the portion so big I couldn't even finish eating! That's says a lot cause I'm a big dude!!!

The sub Engineer®did a fantastic job creating our subs for us!!! They were full of flavor from the first to the last bite!!! Thank you El for such an amazing sub!!!

Where do I begin? First, the French dip for $20 is definitely NOT worth it from here. The little meat and cheese they managed to give me looked like it was run over and minced up and only my dog would eat it. I threw it away and I never ever throw food out when millions of people go starving but this sub was a sick joke and they forgot to add the au jus for dipping a French dip sub into, it, HELLO. I ordered 2 large French dip subs with au jus sauces and they managed to forget both dipping sauces. The YouTube reviews on this particular sub prompted me to try it here, well I'm NEVER EVER GOING BACK for ANY sub these guys make. Save your money folks. Oh, and it says on garlic bread, well, they forgot that too, smh. The meatball sub was subpar too, with 5 small meatballs, for half a sub, hardly any sauce, and 1 slice of melted cheese, pitiful there as well. Good Luck...
