everything was pretty good. the bun was a little weird, like overly crispy (almost crunchy) on the ends, while being soft in the middle. maybe that's just the effect meatballs have on the bun though. overall good sandwich. i could definitely taste the italian seasonings, and the meatballs themselves were excellent. adding mushrooms was a good call too. Mac and cheese was pretty solid as well.

These Hook & Ladder sandwiches were PERFECT! So well made and tasted SO good. Wish we would have purchased extra!!! The last sandwich order received from during the day was not good but these ordered and prepared in the evening were awesome!! Great and yummy work!!!

I can't believe I ordered two bottles of water and I got 2 cups of water. In addition my sandwich had the meat on half my sandwich so you can see by the picture. It was just a very sad experience and they charged me for the water.

The soup was good but for some reason I received two soups in two different containers? I don't think I got the right sizes for the price I paid.
