The Hook & Ladder sub was excellent! The bun was really soft and a ton of lunch meat! My tummy is very happy right now! Thank you!

I never complain about anything, I come in and order all the time but today I ordered a soda and it came half filled. I know the employees are usually on top of their game so I assume the dasher filled it up, just for $3 I'd hope to get at least a filled up soda.

Tuna Salad is good, chili is good if a little watery. The $4 large drink is entirely ice, like less than a coke can worth of drink.

Next to zero meat on both subs. For $15 I'd expect more. Disappointed.

My husband loved his Italian™ !!! Now about my Philly Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was PERFECT in every single way! I'm so upset I only got a small !!!!! The veggies were fresh, the steak was seasoned to perfection ! My first time having it and well, I'll def be a repeat customer
