I ordered three sandwiches. A New York steamer, steak and cheese, and an Italian.
The New York steamer was great and so was the Italian. But the steak and cheese was more like cheese and onion. Not a whole lot of steak

Always good but I've noticed lately that the sandwiches seem to be getting smaller. More bread and less meat. I'd like to see it balanced a bit more, especially for the price. Overall the sandwich was tasty as usual.

the potato soup is not worthy of being on the menu. i was expecting a heartier chunkier soup and this was bland and barely any potato pieces. only item i have tried i have been diappointed with.

Always good. Hook & Ladder® is always my go to. Always top quality food. Only Minor complaint is they don't always include my side pickle when I order it but it's no big deal. Side note: they have the best pickles! Haha :)

The most disgusting Turkey sandwich I have ever had. I keep giving them a chance but it looks like it is hopeless this was not sliced turkey it was like caned mixed wit mayo
