We're just not used to "subs" down here. Why are they always toasted with little meat and so costly? We can't find good hoagies around here so we thought we'd give this place a try. Meh. We would get better at Wawa for half the price if a Wawa would open up around here. It's not the quality, it's the area. Good food is hard to find.

The hook and ladder is so good but it's meant to eat in the restaurant Fire House, respectfully. It's just sucha juicy sub if you add all the fixings! But all in all it tast amazing even if the bread can get soggy before your first bite. They got here fast today and it was still soggy. Next time no oil and vinegar on the sandwhich. The smoked flavor in the Turkey and Ham is just so good I can still taste it in my imagination!

Sandwiches were very sloppily made, falling apart. Had to wait one hour plus. The employee told our Dasher she was working on Door Dash until she got orders done for people in the store because "she didn't want people standing there looking and watching over her". Sandwich topping all messed up. Extremely poor quality and customer service. Will think twice before ordering from here again!!

There potato soup is terrible and you only get 4 oz for a bowl and it's NOT loaded unless you pay extra!!
