Much better! Not only does my Premium Roast Beef (11-12 inch) smells much fresher, it also tastes better and is very well prepared. Definitely worth the price and I would recommend ordering it again if I could.

I ordered Firehouse Subs through DoorDash and went with the Turkey Bacon Ranch, and it delivered—literally and quality-wise. This isn’t my first time eating here, and they’ve been consistent every time. I always seem to get a solid sandwich, and this one was no different.
Even after delivery, the bread was still soft, the sandwich was warm, and nothing showed up soggy. The turkey was juicy, the bacon had a nice crisp, and the ranch was balanced so it didn’t overpower everything else.
At this point, it’s safe to say Firehouse Subs is reliable for me.

Carolina Gold Triple Stack, I ordered two of these sandwiches following the pictures on the Website that the sandwiches are piled decently with the meats as advertised.No, not. even close.The sandwiches were poorly made with not much meat. There was more mayonnaise on the bread to try and fool me with the lack of meat. The Wheat bread was just barely larger than an Olive Garden Bread stick. This was a total disappointment.
The Dessert Bundle 3 with 3 Cookies and 3 Brownies was just as disappointing. Not only were the Brownies hard they were stale. I'm not sure how long they were there after being shipped wrapped in plastic wrap, baking them a little didn't help. They were also dry and crumbly too.
The Chocolate Chip Cookies were barely decent. They were wrapped in plastic wrap too but surprisingly not stale.
I won't order from here again, because it seems that there's a different product for to go orders than pickup orders.

I had the New York Steamer with a side salad and the salad was better than the sandwich! Skimpy meat and sandwich was dry because I had minimum mustard that I had to look for on the sandwich.

$30 sub that's suppose to have extra meat and extra cheese . I Paid $10 for extra toppings and there was no extra. Hardly any cheese. I wouldn't even call it regular.
