Garlic bread was much better yesterday, especially considering they charge you extra for the garlic and butter? Loaded potato soup wasn't loaded at all. I mean loaded should include cheese and bacon, NOPE those were extra, barely had any potatoes. Paid for bowl, portion was cup size. Ridiculous pricing for very little food. Guess I'll go back to Subway or Jersey Mike's. Forgot my cookie.

Horrible food. Ordered 7 small subs, all different no note saying which was which and a few of them looked the same. Some had a good amount of meat and others hardly any. For $90 total cost I will not be ordering from here again. What a huge disappointment

I had to disassemble and reassemble the sandwich, it looked like the meat was just thrown on the roll and almost half of the roll didn't even have meat on it. Just look like whoever made the sandwich was in a rush.

Ordered from Firehouse Hero through DoorDash, and everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and made exactly to my customized requests, which I really appreciated. Delivery was prompt and within a sufficient time frame. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The sandwiches/sub were well packaged and visually appealing, I got hooked and platters for my boys and steak&cheese for myself, it definitely looked great but favorite wasn't there at all the meat was so bland basically tasteless. I got chicken and dumplings soup but it was broth not chicken or dumplings at all just broth and few pieces of carrots and mayb celery or onion couldn't tell like it's no way they didn't know it was just broth, I wouldn't serve this to anyone. Mayb a off night or simply overlook for the soup but I wouldn't order the steak&cheese again
