I just recently had Firehouse for the first time and I am officially hooked. The subs here are always a hefty amount of meat and cheese.and the veggies are always fresh. I enjoy the Firehouse Hero®. I've become obsessed with these subs and they are just as good as Publix. I will absolutely be ordering again.

Chips . Did not receive. Got 2 drinks instead. New York Steamer® almost no meat. Basically bread with a couple of pieces of meat. bread hard and crusty, not soft and streamed.

Bread is weirdly sweet and ham is fatty, haven't had this brand in a while and was very disappointed. Should have gotten a pub sub instead

All of their food is great but they're not very attentive to detail with the orders. For example I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies that weren't even sent this part of the order on DoorDash. Furthermore, they're Mac and cheese pare only half of what they're supposed to be because they only fill up the containers halfway. It's bad enough we pay over $5 for a little container rapasta that caused peanuts now they're trying to only fill them halfway. That's suspect and these are the reasons they didn't get a 5 star review.

I ordered a bowl of loaded baked potato soup. The "bowl" was the size of a cup, and the cup was just a wee over half filled. Really tired of these restaurants with their wildly overpriced food and low quality.
