Best deal with DoorDash so far. The salad was fresh, with just enough dressing to be tasty without drowning it. Similarly the sub was fresh and perfectly seasoned. 10/10. Italian™ Hook & Ladder Salad

my husband ordered me this salad. when delivered there was no ham no turkey. it came in a very small bowl. we paid 15 dollars for less than what would come on a sub. I love the subs from here but the salad was smaller than a side salad plus missing all of the meat.

The sandwich was very good, however the soup was cold and potatoes were not cooked all the way. I would not order it again. Also, soup was upside down in the bag and leaking out, so packaging was not that great.

I had the Engineer with no onions or mayo and added Honey mustard and mild pepper rings. They made it correctly. I always do special orders and they always get it right. I appreciate that when using DoorDash because once I have it, it's a done deal.

order 2 sandwhiches. They messed up both of them.
1st sandwhich had lettuce, mild and hot peppers, olive, mayo mustad - only got lettuce mayo olives.
2nd sandwhich - orderes lettuce, tomato, mayo, honey mustard. got - Jalapeno's, lettuce, tomato, mayo
order 3 cookies, all 3 cookies are rock hard and almost burnt.
Ordered gluten free bread on one, shows 7-8", sandwhich was less then 6 (5.25")
The best part of the ordr was the packaging. will not order again. very disappointed.
