i haven't ordered from here in a long time and now remember why. the Italian was very bland and there were almost no toppings. the new New York Steamer did not have good balance of flavor and just didn't have the guillotine flavor this combination should have. Roast Beef was similar to the Italian, topping virtually absent.

Apparently this store has a problem with paying attention to detail. On the Engineer, we asked for extra Monterrey Jack Cheese and Bacon, and neither was done. On both Italian subs we asked for no onions but they were on both. Add that these are all hot subs, and they came to us cold. Which is more a door dash issue with allowing dashers to pick up multiple meals. Not a good practice.

The salad was kinda nasty. parts of lettuce frozen. parts of salad slimy. looked like it had been sitting out for days. I couldn't eat it. I will remember never to order salad from Firehouse
