Apparently this store has a problem with paying attention to detail. On the Engineer, we asked for extra Monterrey Jack Cheese and Bacon, and neither was done. On both Italian subs we asked for no onions but they were on both. Add that these are all hot subs, and they came to us cold. Which is more a door dash issue with allowing dashers to pick up multiple meals. Not a good practice.

The salad was kinda nasty. parts of lettuce frozen. parts of salad slimy. looked like it had been sitting out for days. I couldn't eat it. I will remember never to order salad from Firehouse

Usually th subs are good from this place, I ordered same sub as before, but they were not good at all this time. Very badly put together and tasted really bad.
