The sandwich taste very good and the bread is fresh and soft not hard and stale like I have received from Jersey Mikes!

Asked for no mayo on both subs. Both subs came with tons of mayo. It was clearly on the receipt. This place is a constant disappointment. Which sucks because I really like firehouse. This location is just awful.

I bought a Firehouse Captains Club with no lettuce tomato or onion and they decided to also not put the spicy mayo or the hot sauce on the sandwich. the Turkey Bacon Ranch ™ wasn't supposed to be modified at all and it came with no lettuce on the sandwich. we love firehouse but quality has gone way down..
