This is my second time ordering from here and I am missing my pickle spear in both subs. The pickle is one of my favorite parts of ordering from here. Other than that the food is made well.

I was wondering why there was such a smoky taste in my sandwich, I turned it over and saw that the bread was completely burned and blackened on two of my three sub orders
