These were the worst subs we've had from Firehouse. They tasted stale. They were light on the meats and they were dried out. We usually get out subs from the store in Winter Haven. The consistency is great there.

This particular franchise's food is good and consistent, it's refreshing to get that type of service on this app. I've ordered the hook n ladder several times with extras and everything requested was always added. I ventured out and tried the potato soup and it was wonderful so was the steak sandwich. I've had several bad experiences from other franchisees so I just wanted to share a review and a thank you to the staff of this particular Firehouse subs franchise. The price is worth the food received!

Great customer service and great food. My go to place for sandwiches. Always fresh and delicious. The amount of meats and cheese makes everything fulfilling.

Bogo is such a wonderful deal, sandwiches were fresh, flavorful and filling. It's extremely difficult in this day and age especially since Covid, prices have doubled and tripled it always makes me feel good inside that chain restaurants such as this one sometimes give their customers deals that don't hurt the budget. it's difficult when you're disabled and really need to order food because you can't get to the store and don't have much money available at the time. This Deal was truly a Blessing from one of my favorite restaurants for a fresh sandwich!! THANK YOU FIREHOUSE SUBS!!

Bread was stale and they skimped on the meat. They gave me the hook, but I think they forgot the ladder.
