I'd pick it up myself if I trusted traffic, this is my go-to every time I eat at this place, pity my meal break is 30 minutes exact

Most items I get here are very good, but do not order a French Dip. This is the third time they have not included the dip. Sadly, my elderly father needs that in order to eat, so I will no longer be able to order things I do enjoy if they can't get his order correct. I tried giving them a chance because I enjoy other things, but three times? I'm disappointed.
