The Hook & Ladder was the best sandwich I tasted. the cheese was melted perfectly, everything I asked for on the sandwich was on there. The bread wasn't toasted too long. The Turkey bacon ranch looked good. My husband said he enjoyed his sandwich. Firehouse subs is where I will be going for now on.

I ordered the Hook & Ladder® with a pickle spear on the side and added cheddar cheese to the sandwich for $1.25. Whilebl the sandwich was good, I did not receive my pickle spear, and my sandwich was missing the cheddar cheese I paid extra to add. my Door Dash driver apologized for how long it took the store to get my order made (over 40 minutes for one sandwich.)

What a sorry excuse for a salad. One little tiny cup of dressing and just two slices of cheese. Who would think this was acceptable?

Once again, like many times, no pickles. I ordered bacon mac and cheese, did not get but on receipt. Bacon and mushrooms were under cooked and chewy on meatball sub. Was a short drive but meatball sub was cold and wife very angry. Mine was OK but still, no pickles and no mac and cheese that I paid for.

Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was delicious, fresh, and I would definitely order it again. it was perfectly toasted and the brownie was a great compliment.
