I ordered everything as is except for taking something's out that I don't like. I added sautéed mushrooms and it made my sandwich, perfect! Every sandwich I've ever had here are the best of ANY sandwich shop I've EVER been to. Enjoy!

one of the best Subs I have eaten in my life 10 out of 10 definitely will order from Firehouse again The Smokehouse brisket was amazing plenty of meat worth every penny the bread was really fresh . First time ordering from Firehouse they have a repeat Customer Now .God Bless 🙏

This sandwich was 10/10!! Absolutely my new fave! I love the pepperoni and ham combo! The portion is great for lunch for me! I felt like the veggies were crispy and fresh! Very happy! This is my second or third time ordering this sandwich!

The last sandwich I ordered wasn't made right
Today's sandwich was 100% what I ordered & remember from day 1. Firehouse is the only sandwich shop that I endorse. My New York Steamer was PERFECT & I would eat a million of them. My store in Alabaster, AL is the Best of the Best. All others must pass them in quality to surpass them.

My NY Steamer is Always the best! Since I've started eating it, I have had Sautéed Mushrooms. The mushrooms give the Steamer more depth & complements the flavor.
When I'm in extreme chocolate need, I'll get a brownie. They are so moist & flavorful. You will enjoy the Alabaster, Alabama store.
